I’m a vegan fitness + nutrition coach, artist, and menopause specialist helping midlife women feel strong, confident, and powerful as hell.
After going through my own personal menopause chaos (🔥 not fun), I realized how desperately we need wellness that’s actually designed for us. So I’ve committed myself to learning, experimenting, and sharing everything I can about healthy aging. Everyone’s wellness journey is unique which is why I believe wellness is an art.

Do I need to already be vegan to work with you?
Nope. I work with vegans, plant-curious folks and anyone serious about wanting to reduce animal product consumption
Is your coaching fully online?
Yep. You can work with me from anywhere. All programs are 100% online.
Is this weight-loss focused?
My coaching supports healthy and sustainable weight loss if that’s what you want but I don’t do quick fixes. My coaching is primarily focused on building strength, mobility, confidence, and long-term habits.
What if I have ADHD or struggle with consistency?
You’re literally my people. I coach with your brain, not against it. We keep things simple, structured (with room for flexibility), and do-able.
Do you customize the workouts?
Absolutely. Everything is tailored to your lifestyle, mobility, energy, and goals.
Do I need a gym?
Nope. I can build your perfect program for home, gym, or a mix.
